Check-in is at 3:00PM on the day of arrival. If a guest cannot arrive by that time, other arrangements must be made in advance. Check-out is at 11:00AM on the day of departure.

NOTICE: THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE REGISTRATION AND BOOKING.

We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to secure your reservation. At that time, we will ask for a Visa or MasterCard number. These are the only cards we accept, along with checks or cash.

Vacation Home Rental

$495 plus tax per night. Two night minimum stay, three for holidays, required.

*WHILE WE DO NOT REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT, GUEST REMAINS RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVING THE PROPERTY IN GOOD CONDITION. THE COST OF REPLACING MISSING, BROKEN, OR DAMAGED CONTENTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY, AS WILL THE COSTS OF MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS DUE TO ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY.

*YOUR COMPLETE SATISIFACTION IS A PRIORITY FOR US; HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR MECHANICAL FAILURES OR OTHER DISAPPOINTMENTS OVER WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL. WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO INSURE THAT YOUR STAY IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE THAT WE CAN PROVIDE.

  • The vacation home rental rate does not include meals and applies to groups of ten people or less. Occupancy is limited to ten people. Discovery of additional guests will result in surcharges of $50 per additional person.
  • Meals and other add-on services must be arranged in advance and purchased separately.
  • Rates are not seasonal, and no corporate or group association discounts apply.
  • Discounts for extended stays begin after five nights.

The following explains rules of payment:

1. A thirty-day cancellation policy applies on whole house rentals, and forty-five days for holiday bookings. Cancellation within thirty days (or forty-five days as the case may be) of a reservation results in a one night's rental charge on the card you have chosen to secure the reservation. Cancellations within 10 days or less of the reservation are non-refundable.

2. Blanco Valley Ranch House accepts checks. To pay by check, we must receive payment at least ten days prior to arrival; if a check for all charges does not arrive by the tenth day prior to your visit, the entire invoice will be charged to the reservation credit card. Cancellations within 10 days or less of the reservation are non-refundable.

3. Blanco Valley Ranch House deposits checks ten days prior to arrival. We will accept multiple checks to pay for a single reservation; however, we must receive all checks at least 10 days prior to arrival. We do not accept multiple credit cards in payment of a reservation.

4. To pay by cash or travelers check at the time of your arrival, you must make arrangements when you book your reservation.

5. There are absolutely no refunds or rainchecks.
