BLANCO VALLEY RANCH HOUSE
Breakfasts & Bakery

Meet the Chef

After years of managing a maritime law firm in Houston, Texas, Jean returned to school. She enrolled at The Art Institute of Houston and in 1999 graduated with honors, receiving a degree in Culinary Arts. After graduation she moved to Wimberley, a town that was her second home for over thirty years. Here she has run her own bed & breakfast inn and is now catering and supplying other lodging businesses with fresh, homemade, breakfast casseroles and baked goods.

Jean loves cooking not only for local clients, but for visitors to various community events and festivals. She served as Chef for Wimberley's Silver Spoon Café at Pioneer Town under the management of the Wimberley Association for Preservation.
